General conditions
- Arrival time between 3pm-10pm and the departure time 11 am. No early check-in or late check-out.
- Self check-in or welcome by the host available.
- Optional end of stay cleaning fee.
- Booking deposit of 30%. The deposit is non refundable.
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations or changes forfeit the full payment.
